When Hearts Wither is a solo project by Andy Derksen (me). I write, compose and sing for WHW. Specific genre style may vary each EP/Album but the primary genre is Doom Metal. My main influences are: Clouds, Aeonian Sorrow, Swallow the Sun, Amederia, Mournful Congregation and Eye of Solitude. When Hearts Wither expresses the feeling of deep sadness and despair and/or tranquility.
